The Contract
When you order Window Blinds from Sunblinsonline.co.uk we request full payment when the order is placed. We will process your order once we have received full payment.
All our Window Blinds are Custom Made to Measure, to your specification using the measurements you give in the order. Please check to ensure you have given the correct figures before submitting your order. We cannot accept returned window blinds if measured incorrectly.
Cancellations/Changes
As soon as your payment has been received in full, your order will be in the process of manufacture. Because your blinds are made to your precise measurements, and our desire is to supply your goods as soon as possible, we do not have a cancellation period.
Sunblindsonline.co.uk will make every effort to fulfil your order.
There may very occasionally be delays due to out-of-Stock materials, shipping, or factors beyond our control. In the event of a known delay, you will be contacted.
Sunblindsonline.co.uk reserves the right to reject any order, at its discretion.
Receipt of Goods
As soon as your window blinds are received inspect them and notify Sunblindsonline.co.uk of any damages from shipment. Make sure the blinds have been made to your specification. If you notify Sunblindsonline.co.uk that the blinds have been damaged in shipment or have been made incorrectly within 48 hours of the date of delivery, Sunblindsonline.co.uk will either repair or replace the blinds at no cost to you.
If you do not notify Sunblindsonline.co.uk of damage due to shipment within the 48 hours period, we will not repair or replace the blinds at no cost to you.
VAT
All our prices quoted on our web site are inclusive of VAT. Our VAT Registration Number is 568 6404 10.
Warranty
All our window Blinds carry a 12 months Guarantee. Any window blinds received with defective material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced. We will not accept responsibility any misused window blinds.

Any information we collect from you on this site will only be used for the Manufacture and Distribution of your order.
